Green Policy
As an ethical and socially responsible company, Kelburn adhere to a strict company green policy. As major deforestation continues to deplete the World's ever needed rain forests at an alarming pace, Kelburn are doing their bit to try and reduce this.
Over the past five years one of our objectives has been to make our offices paperless - thus reducing paper wastage.
We also have an office policy whereby all computers and electronics are turned off when not needed, not just put on standby, and all redundant technical equipment is re-cycled wherever possible.

For thirty years Kelburn has not only traded in the North East but has also contributed in supporting local charities and the community.
Charities to have benefited from our support have covered a wide range of activities including Marie Curie, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Leukaemia Research, The Children's Heart Unit and St Clare's' Hospice.

Agency Workers Directive - The E.U.'s Agency Workers Directive has been delayed and will not be implemented until October 2011.
However, we will keep you informed of the progress with this legislation and advise upon appropriate strategies to ensure compliance whilst minimising the impact on your business.
Pensions - we will keep you updated on changes in UK pension law which are due to affect all workers, including Agency personnel, from 2012 onwards.
Future legislation - we will guide and inform you on any relevant changes in UK employment law that could affect the working conditions of your temporary workers.
