We have been a trusted partner to North East business, for their recruitment needs, for nearly 40 years. Originally traded as a partnership between Messrs Kelly and Burnie, Kelburn was formed in 1979. The business name represented a portmanteau (or linguistic blend) of the partners surnames.
From that day to the present we have remained a quality boutique consultancy that continues to uphold the founding partner’s principles of Service and Integrity with Knowledge and Delivery.
During the early years we operated via several individual trading names including PES Associates and Annabelle Staff Bureau. However, in 2006 we consolidated all our work within the overarching Kelburn brand name.
In the Permanent and Interim recruitment market we specialise in Manufacturing, Engineering & Technical skills, Construction and Office based roles. Our Temporary & Contracts team place both white collar and blue collar workers into a variety of commercial, industrial, engineering and technical positions.
