Bespoke Online Recruitment

Our online recruitment service is for employers who prefer to retain control of the recruitment process in house and don't want to pay traditional placement fees to a recruitment agency.

We can work as an extension to your HR team and save you money. Using our expertise and buying power we have secured cost effective advertising on many of the popular online job boards, enabling you to advertise at a fraction of the normal price. The minimum spend for this service is just £75.

In addition, we can provide further low cost services to save you time, leaving you to concentrate on selecting the best available candidate. Typically we find that Clients budget to spend £750 - £1,000 per project, but that decision is entirely yours.

Each recruitment campaign lasts over 4 weeks and you only pay for what you need. You will have your own dedicated Account Handler who will guide you through the process which can comprise any of the following elements:

Online Recruitment Advertising

We will check your advert for legislative compliance and advise accordingly. Once you are happy with the content we will advertise on those job boards that you select. When comparing our prices please note that, whilst each Job board carries its own individual price structure, job boards can typically average around £250 for a one off advert.

Database Searching

If you want to increase your options we will undertake a search across the database on any of the jobsites where you choose to advertise, to identify registered candidates that match the selected criteria which we will mutually agree.

Response Management

We will acknowledge and thank by email all candidates submitting applications within one working day of receipt, and provide details of expected timescales for the project.

Candidate Summary

Details of all candidates that have applied will be summarised for you on a simple spreadsheet.

CV Evaluation

If you choose this option, we will screen every CV submitted and annotate the spreadsheet summary with a traffic light code based upon your key criteria.

Telephone Screening

With this service one of our experienced Consultants will pre-screen by telephone up to 30 selected candidates to assess their suitability for the role.

We recommend you always use this service when selecting database search.

Candidate Shortlisting

Upon completion of the project we will recommend who we think you should take forward to formal interview stage.

Candidate Management

Throughout the process Kelburn will be the first point of contact for candidates.

We will manage expectations, deal with queries, and protect you from unnecessary interruptions to your working day.

The Kelburn Guarantee

In the unlikely event that you do not identify suitable candidates within the 4 week campaign, we will run a second campaign for you at no extra cost.

In addition or alternatively, if you have been unsuccessful in securing your ideal candidate through our Online Recruitment service, we offer to run a traditional recruitment project and discount any success fee by the amount already expended.
