Transforming lives through employment and organisations through talent.
Our mission is to add real value to the recruitment process with bespoke solutions, excellent service and absolute integrity, delivering the competitive advantage of a quality workforce.
“Price is what you pay. Value is what you get.”
At Kelburn, we live by the following four core values:
1. Achieve exceptional Service
Kelburn serves two customer types; Clients and Candidates. Their needs and expectations are quite different but their fortunes are interdependent. Our objective is to ensure that both receive the very best service available within the regional recruitment market.
2. Maintain absolute Integrity
Defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, for us integrity is about doing the right thing for the right reason, even when no one is watching. As a company our work is underpinned by the REC Code of Professional Practice to which we adhere and as individuals our consultants follow the IRP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
3. Acquire greater Knowledge
We constantly invest in the training and development of our consultants to ensure they possess the skills and ability to deliver recruitment excellence. Individually, our recruiters stay close to their chosen markets to understand the demands and latest developments within their specialist sectors.
4. Excel in Delivery
In this context delivery is about our capability to identify and attract the skills, experience and expertise that our clients demand whilst finding the challenging and rewarding opportunities that our candidates seek. To this end we maintain a comprehensive directory of available candidates, have access to all popular online and traditional advertising media and employ a number of specific candidate attraction strategies as may be required. This work is supplemented by our extensive network of partner recruiters across the UK and our internal research specialists that can penetrate most sectors quickly and accurately to identify candidates for those harder to fill roles.
