With various shifts available, this is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and in return, hourly rates with a shift allowance as well as excellent overtime rates are paid. Working as a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Production and Assembly of automotive components
- Working in a fast paced target driven environment
- Ensuring all products are manufactured to specification and production plans
- Machine operating
- Safely operating machinery
- Attending start of shift team briefings
- Re work and quality inspection
- Packing
- Manual Handling
- Maintain company’s health & safety standards at all times
The Ideal Production Operative Candidate
- Ideally previously worked as a production operator from manufacturing / assembly background
- Strong work ethic, able to work part of a team as well as individually
- Able to hit targets as required

The Pay
As a production operator, you will receive between £18,525 - £19480.50 annually through PAYE. A shift allowance payment is paid and overtime is also available at an enhanced rate.
