Kelburn Recruitment are pleased to be working with a specialist manufacturing company who are looking to recruit for a Customer Account Co-ordinator on a permanent basis.

 

The Role

As Customer Account Co-ordinator, the successful Candidate will report into the Supply Chain Supervisor and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and on-target-delivery of orders.

  • Daily interaction with the customer to understand their needs and handle any enquiries
  • Update production planners with customer requirements
  • Receive customer orders and process through to delivery
  • Attend customer delivery meetings
  • Report weekly performance to the management team
  • Travel to customer and supplier sites (UK and European travel)

 

The Ideal Candidate will

  • Have previous experience in a production planning or supply chain planning role
  • Be experienced in a customer-facing role
  • Have first class written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience of working on ERP/MRP systems and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Be organised and have the ability to prioritise workload
  • Be detail-orientated
  • Enjoy working in a multi-skilled team
