Kelburn Recruitment is working with a leading call centre based in Gateshead who are looking to recruit Inbound Customer Service Adviser’s to support their growing business. The contact centre is based in Follingsby Park and is easily accessible by public transport. If you are travelling by car there is free on-site parking.

This is a temporary to permanent contract and full training will be given. The client is looking for well-mannered confident individuals and someone who can get along with others. There is also the chance of progression.

The call centre is open Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm so you must be available for shifts between this time.

Customer Service Adviser Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone enquirers and passed them to the appropriate individuals in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure that any customer complaints are handled in a professional and timely manner also that they are passed to the appropriate Manager if needed
  • Ensuring that the telephone is always answered in a professional manner

Candidates required to have the following:

  • Previous experience working within a call centre environment or customer service role is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate good knowledge of word and excel
  • Outbound or inbound telephone experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
