Our Client is a global retail business who supply luxury items to Clients throughout Europe. They are looking for a French or German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis to assist with the launch of a new part of their business.

The Role:

  • Answer calls and emails from B2C consumers and respond to their requests.
  • Proactively check and respond to Trust pilot and social media consumer reviews.
  • Liaise internally with demand planning and the warehouse to resolve any queries/problems
  • Liaise with our third-party shipping provider to track and resolve any shipping issues
  • Process consumer returns and track refunds
  • Support and adhere to consumer data protection
  • Support B2B customer service when required
  • Provide general assistance to other departments, i.e. Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be experienced in Customer service – both online and over the phone
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understand the shipping and returns procedure for online sales
  • Be flexible in their approach to work and assisting other teams
