Our Client based in Stanley, County Durham, is an established engineering and manufacturing business and they are looking to recruit a Despatch Operator/FLT driver into the business, on a temporary on-going basis. The successful Candidate will be required to work day shift and overtime when required.
The Role
- Using Counterbalance truck to move raw materials and finished products around site
- General production operator and housekeeping
- Loading and unloading wagons
- Ensuring health and Safety on site
- Finishing products before they go out to customers
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have a valid Counterbalance licence
- Have worked in and engineering/manufacturing environment previously
- Have a valid driving licence
- Be flexible in their approach to work
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Have the flexibility to work overtime when required
