Due to an extremely busy order book, Kelburn Recruitment are currently recruiting General Operatives for one of our prestigious clients based in Sunderland.
The General Operative Role
We are looking for enthusiastic operatives with previous experience working within a fast-paced environment. Working a double day shift pattern, the role General Operator would involve:
• Assembly of components
• Working in a fast-paced target driven environment
• Ensuring all products are manufactured to specification and production plans
• Safely operating machinery
• Re work and quality inspection
• Packing
• Manual Handling
• Maintain company’s health & safety standards at all times
The Successful General Operator Candidate
• Ideally from manufacturing / assembly background
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A positive attitude and willing to learn
• Good work ethic, able to work part of a team as well as individually
• Able to hit targets as required
The Hours
Double dayshift pattern working early shift or backshift.
