HR Officer (30 Hours)

Kelburn Recruitment are working with a global business who provides specialist solutions to a variety of industries who are looking for an hr Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. The HR Officer will work in an autonomous role and will be responsible for all HR issues within the business and will build relationships within the business to ensure that all objectives are met.


The Role (including but not limited to)

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment process
  • Contract preparation
  • Disciplinary and grievances
  • Appraisals and performance management
  • Monthly HR reporting
  • Maintain Employee Handbook
  • Advise management on employment law changes and updates
  • Manage HR systems and payroll amendments

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Hold a CIPD qualification or be working towards on
  • Have previously worked within manufacturing or engineering
  • Be up to date with current employment law and best practice
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be organised with a professional attitude
  • Have good IT skills
  • Have good project management skills
