Kelburn Recruitment are pleased to be working with our client based in Washington who are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Administrator to support their busy team. They are looking for a confident and highly motivated Manufacturing Administrator to undertake daily tasks within the office environment. You will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment supporting internal teams to achieve KPI targets.
 
The Role
 
  • Perform data input for efficiency and output recordings.
  • Support administration of Standard Operation Sheets (SOS).
  • Systems document control
  • Perform data input for Rivo safety patrol & risk assessment information.
  • Support risk assessment process directly and record actions.
  • Perform filing electronic and manual for production documentation.
  • Process scrap numbers through Glovia daily and prepare basic scrap reports for start of shift.
  • Support labelling, identification and admin tasks supporting lead operator line improvement activities.

  • Be a good communicator with people at all levels within our business.
  • Have a passion to achieve goals.
  • Show accuracy with data input.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Be fully computer literate and be adaptable in the use of Excel and Word. Promote improvements where they can be identified.
  • Strong grades in English GCSE and Computer / Typing Skills
  • Ideally hold experience within a similar role, and have excellent computing and organization skills.
 
This role is initially offered on a 12 month FTD with the potential for it to become a permanent long term appointment thereafter.
