VACANCY – Production operator- FLT Driver
We are looking for a Production Operator to work within our OEM Small parts Site. The role includes (but not limited to) Utilising picking lists to load pallets and containers with Customers parts requirements, visual inspections of parts to ensure they are correct to drawing as they come to despatch/warehousing operations. Interactions with computerised systems on a daily basis to ensure stock levels are maintained alongside regular stock takes of raw materials and finished goods. A good eye for detail, and a willingness to take responsibility to ensure all tasks allocated are completed In a safe, efficient manner.
Job Description
Daily inspection of FLT And working area
Attending Daily Toolbox talks
Liaising with designated Team Leaders across the business to ensure daily requirements are met
General Housekeeping and Daily duties within the Department to ensure Health and Safety Standards are met.
Requirement to work Reasonable overtime to fulfil production and Business needs
Safe and efficient loading and unloading of raw material/goods from HGV’s.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
Valid Counterbalance FLT license
Good Attitude towards Health and Safety in the Workplace
