Production Operator / FLT Driver- Dayshift - County Durham
Temporary to Permanent Basis
Our Client based in County Durham, is an established engineering and manufacturing business and they are looking to recruit a Production Operator/FLT driver into the business, on an on-going basis. The successful Candidate will be required to work day shift and overtime when required.
The Role
• Using Counterbalance truck to move raw materials and finished products around site
• Picking and Packing of finished goods
• Inspection of finished goods
• General production operator and housekeeping
• Loading and unloading wagons
• Ensuring health and Safety on site
• Finishing products before they go out to customers
• Regular stock checks
The Ideal Candidate Will
• Ideally have a valid Counterbalance licence
• Have worked in and engineering/manufacturing environment previously
• Have a valid driving licence
• Be flexible in their approach to work
• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Have the flexibility to work overtime when required
