Quality Administrator – Part Time

Our Client is a global manufacturer who provides packaging solutions to food and drinks businesses across the world. They currently have an opportunity for a part time Quality Administrator join their team on a permanent basis, working 24 hours per week.

 

The Role:

 

As Quality Administrator, the successful Candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks to assure the quality of incoming materials used within the manufacturing process and outgoing products. The Quality Administrator will also be required to provide additional support to cover holidays for the Quality Engineer.

 

  • Register and coordinates customer / supplier complaints.
  • Administer quality procedures within the organization
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality issues
  • Customer questionnaires
  • Hygiene/HACCP training
  • Hygiene Audits
  • Collection/submission of products for microbiology testing
  • Administer return of non-conforming materials and In-house failure investigation and report creation
  • Assist on customer audits
  • Update product specifications
  • Archive company records including training and production documents
  • CoA and CoCs

 

 

The Ideal Candidate will

 

  • Have previous experience in a quality administration role or have quality experience whilst working as part of a production team
  • Ideally have worked in food or packaging manufacturing
  • Be trained in Hygiene procedures
  • Be experienced in using Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Understand production and manufacturing processes
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player
