Sales Support Coordinator

Newcastle upon Tyne

Our Client based in Newcastle, manufactures niche products for supply into a range of sectors, is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful Candidate will support the sales team by assisting with back office functions and dealing with customer requirements in an efficient and professional manner.

 

The Role

  • Use tools to provide Sales managers with details of customer requirements
  • Utilise company CRM system
  • Prepare quotations
  • Liaise with Customers and be key point of contact for them
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure Customer orders are on time and to resolve any issues
  • Document and report on all sales activity

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Be educated to GCSE level in Maths and English
  • Have experience of providing first class customer service
  • Have previous experience working in the Electronics sector
  • Be a team player and an excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Have previous experience in a similar role
  • Be willing to undertake occasional UK and Overseas travel
