As a Production Operative, your role will include
- Working in a fast-paced production environment
- Overviewing pre-set machinery
- Ensuring the machinery runs to the correct specifications
- Operating mixers, mixing materials for a variety of products
- Working to strict specifications
- Visual quality inspection of all work completed
- Packing and palletising the completed products
- Working to strict health and safety guidelines
The Candidate
- Previous experience as a production operative or working in a manufacturing environment beneficial but not essential
- A positive attitude and willing to learn
- Good work ethic, able to work part of a team as well as individually
- Able to hit targets as required
The Hours
Continental shift pattern, both dayshift and nightshift. 6.30am – 6.30pm, 6.30pm – 6.30am
The Pay
- £12.74 per hour through PAYE (Kelburn do not pay workers through umbrella payroll companies)
