One of the key problems of our business was that administration and operational management were inconsistent and staff retention was a particular issue, which was the major contributing factor to very poor overall performance. Previously other recruitment agencies had been used but had proved as much a problem as a solution. In short, they did not understand our needs or take an interest in what we were trying to achieve. By the time we met Lou because of our experiences, we were very sceptical with regards to an agency solution.
Lou met with us very quickly and established a rapport. It was apparent from the beginning that she took an interest in our business and was keen to help us find solutions.
