We are searching for an experienced, reliable and task-focused Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will work directly for the company Director and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative and clerical duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, very well organised, professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritising tasks in a fast-paced but friendly office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multifaceted business which includes a large property operation. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a quick learner, fully up to speed with modern technology such as social media apps and be an experienced user of the MS Office software. If you  have previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Clerical Assistant, Secretary or Personal Assistant we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant role:
  • Handling incoming emails / correspondence on behalf of the Director
  • Organise and schedule appointments
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Production of regularly scheduled reports
  • Monitoring multiple projects and ensuring essential tasks are completed on time
  • Undertaking various business projects as may be required
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, etc
  • Liaise with the Director to handle requests and queries from staff members
  • Other duties as may be required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administration or support role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word & Excel) and social media apps
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed
  • Great interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Fast and accurate typing / data input skills
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic and desire to work efficiently
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good academic achievements including English and Mathematics
