Kelburn Recruitment are pleased to be working with a North East-based Estate Agent who are looking to recruit a Property Portfolio Administrator into their team on a full-time permanent basis. Based at their busy head office, the Property Portfolio Administrator will play an integral role within the sales & letting team.
As Property Portfolio Administrator, the successful candidate will have a range of duties such as:
- Processing applications and references for new tenants
- Preparing tenancy agreements
- Property inventories and inspections
- Arranging maintenance inspections and safety certification
- Assisting with enquiries and general administration
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have previous experience in an administration-focused role
- Be educated to NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration or similar
- Be competent in using Microsoft applications
- Have some experience of property management or inventory management software (desirable)
- Hold a valid UK driving licence (essential)
