Temporary contract, minimum eight weeks 

£9 per hour

We are currently searching for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to provide eight weeks worth of cover to our client who are based in the Tynemouth area. The Receptionist role will be responsible for administrative duties and providing reception cover. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant / Receptionist role:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Respond to incoming emails
  • Face to face interactions with clients 
  • Filing
  • Working to and ensuring clients are ready for their appointments 
  • Other duties as may be required

Experience within a confidential working environment would be beneficial but not essential.

Hours of Work:

Monday and Tuesday - 12.15pm - 7.15am

Wednesday and Thursday - 1.15pm - 8.15pm

Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm
