Kelburn Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading independent Estate Agent based in the North East to recruit a Sales & Lettings Advisor into their team on a permanent basis due to expansion within the business.
The Sales & Letting Advisor will play a key role in generating business and will have a focus on liaising with potential clients, negotiation and generation of valuations and viewings. The successful Candidate will be involved in negotiations and liaising with Clients on the telephone, email and in person. There will be an element of general administration to the role as well as dealing with legal and financial bodies.
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have previous experience within the property industry or within a sales/customer service focused role
- Be experienced in organising own time effectively
- Hold a current UK driving license (essential)
- Have good general administration and IT skills
- Be flexible to work Saturdays
- Have excellent communication skills
